The Labels clearly identify a page in the Drug Register, so as Nursing staff go to the right page EVERY TIME. Decreasing the 'written in error' occurances.
We only use Generic drug names, with correct dose, form and strength.
Tallman lettering is used where applicable for heightened awareness and safety of Drug administration.
Strips of 7 Labels per sheet, with each drug having its own individual code for re-ordering. Again, non Nursing staff can order the Labels, as they are reading a code , not a Drug name, dose and form.

The Controlled Drug Register
Our Australian Drug Registers raise the bar in Patient Drug Administration, safety and accountability.
With added levels of Quality and Safety embedded into several different styles of pages. You can choose Registers with or without a UR Number column, with or without unique Signature Log pages at the front of each book so every user of that Register is accounted for their signature, initials and where they are from.
All Register styles include a dedicated 'Amount Discarded' column which is non-negotiable as far as elevating the standard of the current unsatisfactory practice of signing in the 'check and comments' column.
All styles have both a 'Print and Sign' column for Nurses to establish a clear identity of who has signed out the drug, instead of a guessing game on whos' signature/scribble is that? Once more, lifting accountabilty of each Drug transaction.
All Register covers are waterproof, with Spiral bound, with reinforced plastic edging.
You can choose to have your Hospital name on the front cover, Start and Finish dates, ward/dept, even identifying if it is an Injectable Register, Patients Own Register, S4, S8 etc, you have CHOICES!

Our Generic propOFol Drug Registers are a legal way to record the movement and accountability of your propOFol stock.
It is a record of transfer from one area of your Theatre suite, Department, or Hospital to another, with vials being counted as they are moved for full transparancy.
The propOFol stock is counted on a daily basis with Shift Change Check pages at the back of the Register.
This accurate recording of the propOFol drug on a daily basis, minimises any indiscrepancies or incidences with missing stock.
